We had the pleasure of being the only people in the cenote. Hotel and beach was excellent, very clean, and food was incredible!! As far as meals, breakfast and lunch were fantastic and served as a pre fixe menu at Los Corales located with a lovely view by the beach.

We were told beforehand the shuttle would stop "at a shop" so this was a surprise.

We were there July 29 to August 4,2020. They limited capacity to 8 visitors at a time, along with a cleaning protocol in place for the users. We spent 7 nights from 10 to 17 July to celebrate our one daughters 21st birthday. It will be pleasure to welcome you next time so that you could enjoy your vacations again at our resort.

Unfortunately, they were staggered with two of the same open on alternating days.
